Your role as Country Manager Germany - Shypple Fresh

As the Country Manager for Germany of Shypple Fresh, you will lead the market development, sales, and growth initiatives of our perishables logistics division in Germany. You will be responsible for expanding our customer base, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high standards of service. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in sales, a thorough understanding of the perishables market, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market development & sales: Acquire and retain key customers, driving revenue growth in the perishables sector.

  • Customer relationship management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Brand & market presence: Increase brand awareness and market presence through targeted marketing and promotional activities.

  • Operational coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure the seamless delivery of services to customers.

  • Strategic planning & execution: Collaborate with regional and global teams to align the German market strategy with overall business objectives.

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of and personal network in the perishables logistics business in Germany built over at least 10 years in this market;

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth;

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;

  • Proficiency in German and English is required; additional languages are a plus;

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market analysis and sales forecasting;

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
